Can I use the tabs more then once?

If peal it off your skin the stickiness is almost gone already.

If you really wanted to re-use them you could cutout the magnets and roll them in some other sticky paper to use it again.

Are the tabs sweat/waterproof?

once applied on your skin they won’t come off when you sweat or pour water over it.
